What's been on our plates lately!

As a naturopath and mum of 3 under 5, my priorities for food are:
-variety
- nutrient density
- plenty of fibre
- gentle exposure to new foods/ food types
- iron-rich foods (especially as vegetarians)
- and of course, it is food that my kids might actually want to eat!

BUT I don't stress about what is or isn't eaten at any single meal. I leave it up to them to decide.
