Real support, real skills, real life, across the Hunter & Port Stephens. At Fearless we specialise in ‘walk and talk’ therapy for children, young people and young adults from 10 - 25 years of age. Our sessions focus on the clients strengths to achieve their set goals that are realistic and person centered. We develop our supports around the needs of the person and aim to do this in a neutral environment/activity that is chosen by the young person. This means we might get outdoors for a walk or participate in an activity that is of interest to our client. We see this as the best way to connect, develop rapport and work towards positive outcomes. Things we do with some of our clients are hiking, mountain biking, fishing, lawn games, swimming, skateboarding/skatepark and this list is always growing. Whilst this sounds fun (and it is) we are always working towards focused achievable goals for our clients that have them in the centre of all thinking and planning. We understand that not all our clients are ready to head outdoors or into activities straight away, so we adapt to their needs, we are able to provide online sessions, gaming sessions online or come to your environment to assist with the first steps of growth. Everything we do at Fearless is underpinned by the domains of wellness with an additional focus on creativity. The domains of wellness are Supportive Relationships, Sleep, Good Nutrition, Exercise, Mental Health, Mindfulness, Nature and Creativity. We believe that finding balance in an unbalanced world is the key to living a happy life and flourishing to our full potential.
