⭐️ Pre Pointe Assessments ⭐️
Pre Pointe assessments are an important part of your pointe preparation. The assessment looks at your strength, technique and alignment to determine whether you are ready to begin pointe. It can identify areas you could improve to be stronger and safer on pointe.
It is ideal to have the assessment a few months prior to when you intend to commence pointe to ensure you have time to address any concerns.
Assessments are suitable for:
-dancers who are looking to commence pointe within the next 2-4 months
- dancers who have commenced pointe within the past 12 months
- dancers who are on pointe but are having some difficulties
- dancers who would like to enhance their performance.
