Did you know we're a registered provider of Finding & Keeping a Job supports?

Meet Rise & Soar, Redtail’s very own employment support program! 🚀

We’re all about helping our people build confidence, explore opportunities and kick some serious employment goals!

Whether it’s landing your first job, figuring out what you’d love to do, building your skills or getting the support you need to thrive at work, we’ve got your back.

And because no two people are the same, we don’t believe their employment supports should be either!

We take the time to get to know you, your strengths, your interests and what you want to achieve. From there, we work together to create a personalised plan with clear, achievable steps towards your goals.

No cookie-cutter programs. No pushing you towards a job that isn’t right for you. Just genuine, personalised support that’s all about YOU. ❤️

Because finding a job is one thing, but finding something you enjoy, feel confident doing and are proud of? Now that’s what we’re here for!

Ready to spread your wings? 🪽

Get in touch with our friendly team to find out how Rise & Soar can help you take that next step.

We are hiring!! Support Workers Wanted; Newcastle & Lake Macquarie 🖤

Redtail Services is a local, values-driven provider and we’re on the lookout for experienced support workers who genuinely love what they do, and do it well.

Right now, we’re specifically looking for support workers who are confident and comfortable providing personal care, alongside community access and everyday support.

This one’s for you if you:
✔️ Are confident providing personal care, including hands-on supports
✔️ Are just as comfortable supporting someone out in the community
✔️ Show up, communicate clearly and follow through
✔️ Care deeply about dignity, choice & real human connection

If reliability isn’t your strong suit, we’re probably not the right fit for you. But if you’re proud of being a great support worker and want to feel genuinely valued, keep reading 👀

The non-negotiables:
• Experience in disability support or a similar industry
• Confidence and willingness to provide personal care
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Driver’s licence, reliable car & comprehensive insurance
• Working With Children Check (if wanting to work with people under 18)
• Ability to complete clear, timely shift notes

We’re big on good humans, genuine care and doing support the right way - with heart, professionalism and a bit of fun along the way.

📩 Send your cover letter & resume to [email protected]

Good support changes lives. Great support changes everything.
