Today's full moon in Sagittarius is also known as a Blue Moon, the second full moon this month. A rarity of the night sky, it won't arrive again until 2028!

It's asking you to expand, to stop playing small, to step into the vision of your big dream, it's asking you to believe and allow yourself to receive!

It's shining a light on all the stories you keep telling yourself as to why you can't just go do the god damn thang! You know the ones, all those stories that limit you, that stop you from taking that next step, or any steps for that matter, the ones that stop you in your tracks, keep you procrastinating, keep you stuck in fear, constrain you, those ones, it's time to say "Adios, amigo!".

Be bold. Be brave. Say "Yes". Yes to your next adventure. Yes to growth. Yes to taking one big bold action step towards your dream on this full moon, the Universe is listening!

✨Where have I placed limits on what I believe is possible for me?

Tomorrow's new moon in Ta**us is here to remind you to embody your body, to become embodied, to place your bare feet upon the earth and ground your energy, to call your soul all the way back in from your head to your nose, from your knees to your toes. To be present. To set your intentions from this space, to plant them in this fertile ground, where roots can grow deep, away from the busy mind.

It's asking you to move away from the mindset of scarcity and lack, to take note of your abundance, to be grateful of all the things that you have in your life that you once dreamed into reality, to realign with this flow state and energy frequency.

It's asking you to get clear on your values, what you actually want to create in your life, not the next shiny thing, not what looks good in person or on paper, or what you think you should want based on what societal conditioning tells you you should have, but what feels good in your body emotionally when you imagine it, those are seeds worth planting!

Tomorrow's full moon in Scorpio is also known as the Flower Moon. Don't be fooled though, it's here to shine a light on all those things you have been hiding in the dark!

It's asking you to let what is actually there come up, to rise, to feel it so you can heal it! It's guiding you to be really honest with yourself, not the surface level BS, the real s**t that you keep buried in the depths of your soul. The things that are running the show beneath the surface of your subconscious mind. The things you avoid, that trigger you, the buried patterns and stories. To feel them, to understand them, to love them and release them!

A transformative poem about alchemising sacred rage.

Sacred rage can lie dormant, held for years, decades even. It lies deep within the shadow self. The body remembers. It remembers the deep injustices, boundary violations and oppression, the righteous anger - that's sacred rage!

It shows up when your triggered. Each time you suppress it, it rises, again and again. Bury it, you may try. It's the shadow self that is running the show, subconsciously impacting your behavioural patterns and outlook on life. It's complex. It's layers and layers of emotional energy, memories, trauma.

There was a time it served a purpose, protected you, kept you safe. Then awareness stepped in, you know it's there but you might not know what to do with it, about it or how to heal it.

Without a channeled release outlet for this internal energy, physical symptoms begin to show up in the body, the neck, shoulder and jaw tightness and pain, the teeth grinding, this is the body speaking to you!

This sacred rage waits silently beneath the surface for the day you finally decide to let it rise, to be felt, seen, heard, acknowledged, witnessed, processed, alchemised and let go.

Forgiveness might not be the answer, but you can put it in your side cart and move on. You can alchemise your sacred rage, no longer give your power away to it and let it fuel your inner fire, free, empowered, transformed!

It's time to take brave action! Aries energy is fire. Gather up your courage, it's asking you to be bold, to leap first, surrender, trust, have faith, then the Universe will catch you!

Today's full moon in Libra is the first full moon of the astrological year and it's time to giddy yup as all planets are now direct!

It's asking us to create balance starting with our relationships, to get really honest about who is filling up your cup and who is draining it. You are not here to play small, nor are you here to keep giving your energy to connections that leave you empty!

Create boundaries around your heart, mind and energy. Be mindful of what/who you are allowing yourself to interact with energetically on all levels. Protect your peace! This allows you to give your attention to what is important and limit distractions. To prioritise your needs so you can show up for what you love without feeling drained or resentful. This full moon is here to remind us to connect with what brings us joy and happiness!

✨Where have you been out of balance?
Over-giving, over-accommodating, or over-extending. Take note, without judgment. Awareness is the precursor for change!

The Autumn Equinox is the moment each year when day and night are almost equal in length. It signals seasonal change of cooler weather and shorter days ahead.

It invites you to find inner balance (mind, body, emotions), a moment to pause and realign. It symbolizes the end of growth and activity, a time to release what's no longer needed and preparing for a quieter, more reflective season. It's the perfect time to take stock of your own harvest, considering things we may have been working on for the last six months since the Spring Equinox, to learn from, celebrate and give thanks for.

Soul Inquiry:
✨What in our life feels like it has come to fruition?
✨What have we achieved?
✨What perhaps hasn't worked out as we intended?

It reminds us that life moves in cycles, and balance comes from embracing both growth and decline. It's a turning point from outward activity to inward reflection, from growth to rest and renewal, from doing to being.

✨You might like to create an Autumn Equinox alter using things you have gathered in nature, do a gratitude ritual by creating a list of the things you are grateful for and placing it on your alter, or a releasing ritual by journaling and then safely burning it with a prayer. Whatever you are intuitively guided to do, do that!
