Today was a fabulously sunny day, albeit soft under foot (sorry) for a low tide.

We welcomed some very keen first timers - WELCOME! We are here every Saturday at 8am.

We also welcomed many visitors, coming to us from St Peter’s, Tuggeranong, and Tamworth!

You may be wondering, why the tutus? Today is 22 Aug, and we wear tutus to celebrate the 22. And thank you to all in the briefing who joined in with the two, to & too puns 😂❤️

Congrats to Tash who ran her 22nd parkrun today on the 22nd! hahahaha

Thank you to our volunteers - if you would like to experience a winter parkrun by volunteering in the sand, please comment or send us an email.

A late addition to the run report - here is a joke from Jim!

What do you call a chicken that crosses the road, jumps up and down in a puddle, then crosses again?
A dirty, double-crosser!

Here are two photos for tutu day, this 22 August!Don’t be too late to arrive, or you will be too sad to have missed out ...

Don’t be too late to arrive, or you will be too sad to have missed out on the sand and the sun ❤️

The tide is not too high, the waves are not too big, and is the sand too soft?!?!

This is the last time we promote tutu wearing until May 2027 (or not...??) - so let's see you on the sand tomorrow
