Brielle's team recently worked alongside her OT Liam and the behaviour support crew to find the right car harness so she could get out of the house and into the community safely.

Yvette didn't want to miss a single hydrotherapy session when group classes started. So she used her regular pool session to train her support staff on how to assist her, so they'd be ready to go from day one.

She knew what she needed. Her team showed up and learned.

That's what choice and control actually looks like. And we love to see it.

Dinosaurs, dragons and a crew of five. Sounds like a solid day out to us!

Shae, Karen, Sam, Mitch and Ricky hit up the Mega Creatures exhibit at Hunter Valley Gardens and honestly, can you blame them?

Towering prehistoric creatures, dragons perched on castle ruins, giant animatronic dinosaurs. Turns out, quite the crowd pleaser!

Ethan took a step outside his comfort zone and went for a walk with his support worker and found a starfish on the beach.

Before any of our team hits the roster, they've already been through the wringer in the best possible way.

That's thanks to Corné, our Workforce Training and Induction Supervisor. With a background in emergency and aged care nursing, she makes sure every single staff member is prepared for whatever their day brings. Behavioural support, complex care, and PEG training with Simon (our very patient test dummy, pictured 👀).
