Before you criticise, comment or judge;
revisit your intentions.

Are you contributing to the conversation, or tearing someone down?

Are you protecting the profession, or protecting your ego?

Collegiality doesn’t mean agreeing with everyone.
It means having the courage to challenge ideas without diminishing people.

We need less competition.
Less ego.
Less tearing each other down.

And a whole lot more respect, collaboration and genuine collegiality, because right now, we need each other more than ever.
