Speed date with our lovely and talented manager Ellarna 💕

What is your experience in the industry?

I joined the Beauty Industry in 2013 and completed my apprenticeship in 2 years. During this time I was doing spa/relaxation treatments such as manicures, pedicures, relaxation facials and massages, spray tans, waxing etc before moving into a laser technician role in a clinical environment in late 2015. I then spent the following 3 and a half years in management positions throughout laser clinics. I then took over a laser clinic franchise as the owner in late 2019 where I ran my own clinic up until April this year. All together 10 years in the industry this year.

What is your favourite part about the industry?

My favourite part of the industry is being able to offer clients hope when it comes to achieving their skin goals. Educating clients and utilizing important skin health knowledge is where my passion lies as a Dermal Therapist. Achieving life-changing results for my clients and restoring their inner confidence is why I love my career.

What is your favourite treatment?

Definitely Skin Needling. I think it is a very underrated treatment as a complete skin rejuvenation treatment. When performed correctly and thoroughly with client commitment the results are absolutely amazing.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Eating out and hanging out with my two puppies, Marli and Nitro. I love finding new cafes and restaurants to go to. I have a massive sweet tooth and cannot go past anything with Nutella or fluffy pancakes. It also makes me extremely happy when finding somewhere that makes amazing coffee! When I’m not out I am at home with my doggies. Nitro is an 8 year old American Staffy and is my little shadow, I have had him since he was just 8 weeks old and have never spent more than 2 weeks away from him. Marli is a 5 year old American Bulldog and is an independent woman, she is quite happy to spend her days lounging around.

How much does it cost?!

We have a lot of questions coming through our DM's and one of them is how much is a certain unit of b*tox. We do provide you with a ballpark, however, we always suggest coming in for a Planning your Aesthetic Journey as you may need less or more than you think.
