Meet Alison 👋

Alison founded Newcastle Speech Pathology over 15 years ago, and continues to see clients alongside her role as Director. With more than 30 years' experience across health, education, disability and rehabilitation, she's worked with clients across the full lifespan, from toddlers taking their first words to older adults navigating communication changes later in life.
As a parent and grandparent herself, she brings genuine warmth and respect for the expertise families bring to the table.

Outside the clinic, she's usually reading, hiking, or planning her next trip.
