Your nervous system probably wasn’t designed for constant notifications, endless scrolling, and 100 things on your to-do list.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do… is slow down. 🌙

A few deep breaths.
A gentle stretch.
Ten quiet minutes on your mat.

That’s often where the reset begins.

Tonight, give yourself permission to switch off for a little while and reconnect with yourself. Your body—and your mind—will thank you for it.
