Light up the darkness on July 31 with Rowan’s Walk raising awareness and understanding for su***de prevention.

The walk starts at 7am from Radio Hill Lookout, and is dedicated to mental health awareness, honouring loved ones list to su***de, removing the stigma around mental health and connecting community to support services.

Our Martumili morning teas are creating a strong space for connection and support.

What started as a simple idea now brings artists and our SEWB and programs team together every second Tuesday to share food, have a yarn and build relationships.

These catch-ups help our mob feel more comfortable connecting with PAMS, and even on the coldest days, a warm meal and good conversation go a long way in building trust and community.
