The quote I tend to live by: Life moves pretty fast, if you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it. But I've had a few over the years. For those late diagnosed and lost people, I love the quote "When a flower doesn’t bloom, you fix the environment in which it grows, not the flower". Others are: comparison is the thief of joy, we start healing when the heart feels safe.
Favourite sports team/person: The Dolphins & The Warriors (Phins Up The Wahs!). I have a few favourite sports people. Big fan of Shaun Johnson
The super power I'd love to have is: Invisibility
Hidden Talent: I can literally catch flies and release them

Last Friday, our teams from Newport Physio and Health, Scarborough Physio and Health and Hearing Help came together for our annual Team Building Day.

We all stepped well outside our comfort zones, conquered our fear of heights, and took on the incredible Story Bridge Climb! It was a fantastic day filled with laughter, teamwork, and plenty of unforgettable moments.

Unfortunately, the weather had other plans and eventually turned against us—but not before we made some amazing memories together.

A huge thank you to our wonderful team for embracing the challenge and making the day such a success. Here's to another year of supporting one another, both in and out of the clinic! 💙🌉

Yesterday, our two clinics — Newport Physio and Health and Scarborough Physio and Health — came together for a fun afternoon of team bonding at Pinot and Picasso Redcliffe! 🎨✨

We swapped treatment tables for paintbrushes and let our inner artists shine — and it turns out we have some seriously talented hidden creatives among us! 👩‍🎨🖌️

A fantastic afternoon filled with laughter, creativity, and great company. Team culture is everything, and days like these make us even stronger together! 💙
