Some days anxiety is loud, heavy, and hard to explain, but that doesn’t mean you have to carry it alone.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or just not like yourself lately, it might be time to talk to someone who can help you make sense of it all.

Both our Werribee and Newport clinics are now taking new patients with appointments available outside business hours, and on weekends.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating. Opening up, being vulnerable, and asking for help isn’t easy, but the first step is often the most powerful one.

Healing begins when we give ourselves permission to start.

Cindy is a warm and client-centred Provisional Psychologist who values creating a safe and supportive space where clients can feel heard, respected, and empowered.

Cindy understands that starting therapy can feel daunting, particularly for young people or adults new to the process, and works collaboratively to support self-insight, emotional growth, and meaningful change at a manageable pace.

Cindy has experience working across school and clinical settings, supporting adults, adolescents, and children with anxiety and panic-related concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, neurodiversity (including ADHD, autism, and learning differences), trauma-related concerns, sleep difficulties, and challenges with adjustment and life transitions. Her work has also included neuroaffirming parenting support and involvement in developmental, cognitive, and learning assessments.

Cindy is available in our Werribee rooms on Mondays & Wednesdays.
