A little reminder.....

If a snake should bite you today,
Don’t panic, don’t run, don’t rush away.

Stay very still & call 000,
Help is on the way, you’re not alone!

Pressure and bandage, firm & tight,
Keep the bitten limb still just right.

Don’t wash the bite or try to suck,
No cutting or tourniquets — that’s bad luck!

Lie down quietly & wait for aid,
Follow these steps & the right plans are laid.

In Australia, remember what’s true:
Stay still, call for help — it could save you!
