1st week back has gone by very quickly. It has gone by rather smoothly and thankfully with a memory that is somewhat more intact than last time I did this. It's been great to see some friendly faces. I am however booking up quickly so if you are needing more regular care, I may not be the best fit for you unless you are wanting to split your care with someone else.

John is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and the founder of ProActive Muscle Maintenance.

He has a strong interest in sports massage and specialises in relieving muscle tension and soreness through a combination of deep tissue, remedial, and trigger point techniques.

As usual, discounts for seniors and pensioners still applies. Private Health rebates and EPC rebates are also available for eligible patients.

Maternity leave is going quickly... both my girls are growing up quickly. Annabel has recently been offered 2 days at daycare so she will be starting soon so hopefully that's a smooth transition and her and I can both slow ease back into me going back to work.

First session of the 8 week postnatal Pilates class. Miss Annabel was meant to sleep through the class but ended up getting a lot of tummy time on me while we were on the reformer. She was understandably tired and was asleep before we got back to the car. Thanks Launceston Pilates for a great class

3 weeks of Annabel. Maternity leave is going by so quickly looking after this little one and her big sister.
