John is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and the founder of ProActive Muscle Maintenance.

He has a strong interest in sports massage and specialises in relieving muscle tension and soreness through a combination of deep tissue, remedial, and trigger point techniques.

His approach blends clear communication, clinical reasoning, and evidence‑based treatment, with a focus on empowering clients to understand their bodies and build long‑term confidence in their movement.

We are very happy to welcome:

Matt Peel from Prana Exercise Physiology.

Located in our studio space at Freshwater Allied Health, Prana Exercise Physiology can assist people with musculoskeletal conditions or chronic pain to improve their quality of life through better movement and strength, so we believe it incorporates perfectly with Osteopathy.

Exercise Physiology is for all sorts of people too- from sporting teenagers, to those rehabilitating from injury, or simply wishing to age well.

And it can assist us to take the positive changes we make in the Osteo treatment room into daily life.

Join us at Freshwater Allied Health, where like-minded allied health professionals come together.
Currently home to osteopaths, a social worker and clinical Pilates instructor, we have daily room rental available, or full time studio space rental options.
The studio would be amazing for a small boutique fitness space, an exercise physiologist or an occupational therapist.
Or we would love a remedial massage therapist, naturopath, dietician or acupuncturist to join us. The options are endless!
