Sometimes it's not a big life event that brings someone through our doors.

Sometimes it's one simple question.

In this case, it came from a four-year-old daughter asking her dad about the tattoos on his leg.

"My tattoo is really raised. Does that mean the ink is too deep to be removed?"

Not necessarily! A raised tattoo is often caused by scar tissue from the original tattoo application or, in some cases, previous laser treatments.

While it can make the removal process a little more challenging, it doesn't automatically mean your tattoo can't be removed.

It usually disappears within 15-30 minutes and is just another part of the tattoo removal process.
