I'd love to share something that's been quietly unfolding behind the scenes.

Over the past few months, I've spent a lot of time reflecting on where Lulu Belle Therapies is heading. Sometimes our hearts know it's time for change long before our minds are ready to catch up.

After listening deeply, I've realised it's time to lovingly close one beautiful (and grateful) chapter to make space for the evolution of Lulu Belle Therapies.

By 30 September 2026, my signature Reflexology for the SOUL offer will be phased out in its current form.

This one-of-a-kind modality has been the heart of my work for many years. It's held hundreds of women through seasons of healing, transformation, grief, joy and coming home to themselves. Every single session has been unique, guided by what each soul needed in that moment.

Today we honour Pachamama... Mother Earth, Mother Gaia... the living heart that nurtures, sustains and gently reminds us that we belong.

Every tree, every flower, every breath of fresh air, every step taken barefoot upon the earth offers an invitation to slow down, reconnect and receive. Nature has a beautiful way of calming our nervous system, restoring balance and reminding us of what truly matters.

When life feels noisy, wander outside. Sit beneath a tree. Listen to the birds. Feel the warmth of the sun, the breeze on your skin, and the steady support of the earth beneath your feet. So often, the clarity we seek is already waiting for us there.

Today, let's pause in gratitude for Pachamama and all she so generously provides. May we care for her with the same love and devotion she offers us every single day!

We discussed this phrase 'stay in your lane' today during Reiki Level One training...

How does this phrase sit with you?

Stay in your LANE! Ever heard this phrase before?

To be honest when I heard this phrase, I was a little triggered at first.
I initially felt that it had a bit of a negative connotation, like when someone says "get back into your box" or "mind your own business"!

Now over a period of time that I've allowed the words to sink in, I feel quite differently about the meaning behind the words.

To me the phrase now makes sense. It's more about......

🌴 Focusing on what's important to you; your values, your boundaries, and maintaining your integrity.
🌴 Looking within and not looking for external validation or worrying what other people think.
🌴 Not comparing your gifts and talents to others. There's only one you, there's no-one else like you. You are UNIQUE!
🌴 Being true to you, believing in yourself and trusting the process. The Universe has plans for you.
🌴 Concentrating and focusing on what makes you truly happy, what fulfills you. Don't worry what everyone else is doing!

By staying in your lane, you remain true to YOU, being able to make your hopes and dreams a reality. I must say hearing these 4 words again recently has helped me get my creativity and ideas back on track.
