🌿Join us for a beautiful morning of relaxation, creativity and self-care as we explore the wonderful world of herbal teas.
🪻In this hands-on workshop, you'll discover the health benefits of herbal teas, learn about the unique properties of a variety of medicinal herbs, and enjoy tasting, smelling and experiencing each one as we blend our own personalised herbal tea creations to take home.
🌸We'll begin with a gentle mindfulness meditation to help you slow down, become present and fully engage your senses. From there, we'll enjoy a full sensory experience—touching, smelling, tasting and learning about an array of beautiful herbs while exploring how they can support health and wellbeing.
🌿As a naturopath, I am incredibly passionate about herbal medicine and love sharing the science and tradition behind these remarkable plants. You'll learn how herbal teas can support everything from relaxation and digestion to immunity, sleep and everyday wellbeing, and why they're one of my favourite ways to incorporate herbal medicine into daily life.
🌼To make the experience even more special, we'll be gathering in a stunning natural setting surrounded by established trees, beautiful gardens and a peaceful mini rainforest—the perfect environment to relax, reconnect with nature and nourish both body and mind.
