The workshop:
💜Delve into the magic of medicinal herbs, where we will take into the world of natural healing. You'll learn practical ways to use herbs for health from soothing salves and aromatic herbal teas to oxymels and poultices for injuries.
💜This workshop combines education, nature, mindfulness and creativity. A hands on immersive experience, discovering the healing properties of common herbs and how to incorporate them into remedies for digestion, stress relief, immunity, and skin health.
💜The workshop starts with a mindful meditation.
💜You will come away with an oxymel, poultice, herbal infused oil and salve, and recipes for all that we make.

💜Carmen is a qualified and passionate naturopath who values the importance of educating patients to empower themselves to enable the body to do what it is naturally equipped for, and that is, to heal itself. Carmen is passionate about utilising the healing power of nature and the importance of nurturing emotional health through lifestyle choices. She values the role of finding and pursuing your passions, embracing what brings you joy and the benefits of the mindfulness aspect of creativity, for ultimate health and well-being. Carmen has been teaching many arts and crafts over the years to both adults and children, as well as corporate training in the natural medicine field.
