So grateful to Noosa Council for their support which allows this class to function in a way where pregnant ladies can come whenever it suits them. No need to book a term. No need to let me know when you can and can’t come.

Just turn up whenever you can! (after initial registration of course)

‘Coping’ with your own situation doesn’t mean you would’ve ‘coped’ with hers... and coping means something different to everyone anyway!

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard women say “this birth was soooo different to my other one”

Women who have had 1, 2 or 3 unmedicated labours and then on the last one they suddenly beg for an epidural because the pain was so much more intense for some reason.

Women who begged for an epidural in the first birth, after planning to avoid one… and then planned for an earlier epidural in their 2nd birth that they didn’t even end up needing.

have you had two births that felt very different to each other? Tell us about them! It’s so useful hearing these stories because it takes the pressure off a single experience.

No point comparing yourself to others.

Be kind to them and be kind to yourself.
