As an osteo, I've spent years working with difficult cases: The pain that's been around for a while, the problems that need real problem-solving, not just a quick fix. I know it well from personal experience.

If you are dealing with something like that, let's talk about whether osteo is right for you.

I'm running an introductory offer at our Noosa Heads practice until the end of August: Your first 60 minute consultation is $99 (normally $189), that's $90 off. (Discount will be applied at time of payment.)

Share and tag if you think this could help someone else.

To book call 0430 301 224 or visit www.goodmoveosteo.com.au

A shoulder exercise you can do at home to help ease shoulder pain and increase shoulder range of motion.

My personal experience with neck and head trauma has made this area a special interest of mine from early on.

From persistent headaches, face pain, even some tooth aches to arthritic neck stiffness, I can help.

Here, I am using dry needling in the shoulder to address localised myofascial trigger points and reduce persistent muscle tension, particularly where it is contributing to pain or restricted movement.

Progress isn’t linear. It’s built through repetition, guidance, and small adjustments that add up.

Keep going.

For good mobility in the shoulder joint, it is important that the ball sits centre on the socket and that it can glide freely during upward movement of the arm.

This gliding mechanism, when lost, can lead to impingement and bursitis.

If you are experiencing shoulder pain, we can help. Book an appointment via the link in bio today.

For most people, what shows up as wrist pain is actually coming from accumulated tension through the forearm and elbow, especially with long hours at a desk.

Typing, gripping a mouse, and constant scrolling all load the same tissues again and again, and over time that builds into stiffness, irritation, and pain.

So instead of just treating the sore spot, we work through the whole chain. That means releasing the overworked forearm muscles, restoring movement through the elbow and wrist, and helping the area tolerate load properly again.

That is why the change tends to last, rather than just settling things briefly.

If your wrist has been bothering you for a while, it is worth looking beyond the wrist itself.

If your quads and hip flexors feel tight, stretching can help. But if it keeps coming back, there’s usually more going on.

This is active myofascial release. We work through the muscle while it’s moving, so it can ease off and function properly again.

Stretching still has its place. This just adds another layer when it’s not enough on its own.
