You can share a home, a relationship and an entire life with someone, yet still feel emotionally alone.
Sometimes the deepest loneliness is not having no-one.
It is feeling that no-body truly sees you.
This is unfortunately a common and silent loneliness, what happens is that you begin to think this is normal.
That you aren't worth being involved, participating because the knocks become regular and the thought of even trying to contribute is futile.
So staying in silence is easier, not embarrass yourself AGAIN, being drowned constantly by others becomes emotionally exhausting.
🙇🏻♀️ What is making you feel that small that you aren't discovering about yourself so you can finally feel confident to contribute?
