Most women have been taught to manage their symptoms.

Rarely are they taught to understand them.

I truly believe one of the reasons so many women continue to suffer is because, through no fault of their own, they’ve never been taught how their bodies actually work.

Imagine understanding…

• why your energy changes.

• what is actually happening in pregnancy, postpartum and perimenopause

The Language of Your Body is an immersive workshop where we’ll explore women’s health through naturopathy, herbal medicine, nutrition and an understanding of the body’s natural rhythms.

We will also share in a beautiful tea ceremony, guided breathwork and a shamanic healing meditation—creating space not only to learn, but to reconnect with yourself.

Women aren’t inconsistent

We’ve just been taught to live like we are

In a system built around a 24-hour hormonal rhythm
→ where energy, focus, and output are expected to be the same every day

But women don’t work like that

Your hormones shift week to week
Your energy changes
Your stress tolerance changes
Your brain + body respond differently depending on where you are in your cycle

So when you feel:
tired
overwhelmed
out of sync
“not as productive”

It’s not a discipline problem

It’s physiology
