Some practices move fast. This one deliberately doesn’t.

Slow Flow is one of those classes that surprises you. The pace is slower, but this gives you time to go deeper. More time in each posture. More space between each breath. And that’s where the real work and the real reward - happens.

It’s strong. It’s intentional. And honestly - you might feel challenged by the stillness. But in the end, you’ll feel really, really good.

Suitable for all levels - whether you’re brand new to yoga or you’ve been practicing for years and want to dive a little deeper into your practice.

The kids are back to school - and so is the Monday afternoon reset we all love ✨

Kids Yoga with Stacey returns for Term 2 today (20th April) - and if your little one came along last term, you already know what a difference that 45 minutes makes 🪷

Each Monday we move, play, breathe and settle - with a different theme every week to keep things fresh and fun. It’s the kind of after school activity that helps kids arrive home feeling physically, mentally and emotionally ready for the rest of the afternoon. Playful AND calming. The best kind of both 🤍

🗓️ Term 2 Every Monday (except public holidays)
⏰ 3:30pm - 4:15pm

🔗 Spaces are limited, bookings in bio

This class is designed to help you stretch, soften and settle. Suitable for all levels, it’s an ideal option if you’re brand new to yoga, returning after a break or simply craving a gentler practice 🧘‍♀️

With limited standing postures, plenty of support from props and a comfortable room temperature, Gentle Flow offers space to move, breathe and reconnect at your own pace 🌿

It’s a softer kind of practice - no rush, no pressure, just space to arrive exactly as you are 🤍
