A question we are often asked...👂

Following up on our recent post about changes to our advertising, we also wanted to explain why a consultation is not only necessary but now a legal obligation.

Even if you've had the treatment before, we must comply with all health rules and regulations to ensure we're doing right by you.

But wait! There's more!

This includes: an obligation-free assessment of your readiness and expectations for a cosmetic treatment; a comprehensive overview of the treatment, including risks and benefits; a thorough health history; your consent; product-specific before-and-after care information; and a full facial assessment and treatment plan, with a quote and any related costs.

When you're ready to proceed, you'll have a consultation with our medical prescriber, either in person or via Telehealth, as each treatment requires a script.

It's a lot, we know. 😅
But these treatments are medical in nature and can't be treated the same as a facial.

Our priority is you, your health, safety and comfort when in our care.

Prescription-only Cosmetic Treatments or Schedule 4 (S4) Prescription Medicines (who shall not be named - we all know the ones) cannot be advertised on any platform, including before-and-after images (sorry, we know you loved these), captions, nicknames, brand names, videos, or even the treatment name in our appointment booking system.⁠
