Taking a proactive approach to your vascular health requires objective, evidence-based care. At Noosa Clinic, we provide Low-Intensity Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (Li-ESWT) as a clinical service to assist men managing vascular-related erectile dysfunction.

How this therapy works:

Targeting the source: Li-ESWT applies low-intensity acoustic waves to the affected area, aiming to stimulate neovascularisation (the formation of new blood vessels).

Physiological support: The treatment is designed to improve local blood flow and support the body’s natural tissue repair mechanisms over a course of sessions.

Evidence-based approach: This focuses strictly on the underlying vascular factors, rather than acting as a temporary, symptom-masking measure.

Your assessment and treatment pathway:

Mandatory consultation: Because individual baseline health varies, this treatment is not suitable for all presentations (such as severe neurological or hormonal ED). A comprehensive diagnostic consultation with Dr. Desh is a mandatory prerequisite to evaluate your medical history and rule out contraindications.

To discuss your suitability, please contact our Noosaville reception team to schedule your initial consultation with Dr. Desh.

Introducing Idenel Bioneedling at Noosa Clinic. We are expanding our clinical offerings with a targeted treatment designed for patients concerned with loss of skin elasticity, fine lines, uneven skin tone, and enlarged pores.

How the biological mechanism works:
This procedure utilises microscopic spicules to act as a delivery system, bypassing the superficial barrier to transport active formulations deep into the skin. The treatment incorporates a specific combination of Idenel's Intensive Solution Powder, Regeneration Concentrate, and GlutaGen Skin Booster. This system is rich in peptides and antioxidants—including Glutathione and Tranexamic acid—which are intended to support cellular turnover and target uneven pigmentation.

Important clinical considerations:

Variable Outcomes: Individual biological factors play a significant role in how your skin responds, meaning specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Understand the Risks: As with any cosmetic or medical procedure, there are potential risks and adverse reactions, including temporary redness, swelling, or irritation.

Patient Safety First: A thorough assessment is required to ensure this procedure aligns with your specific health profile.

To find out if this treatment is clinically appropriate for you, please contact our Noosaville clinic to book a free consultation with Tanya
