Behind that number are hundreds of conversations, stories, laughs, challenges and achievements.

What makes this milestone even more special is that so many of those new clients have become regular clients. Seeing familiar faces return, hearing your progress stories, and knowing that you trust me with your care is something I value deeply.
I genuinely love what I do. Every day I have the privilege of helping people move better, feel better, and take time out for themselves. It's a career that brings me a great deal of satisfaction, and I never take that for granted.
To every client who has booked an appointment, returned for another treatment, left a review, or recommended me to someone else, thank you. There is no greater compliment than knowing you trust me enough to send a friend, family member, neighbour or teammate my way. 🙏

🏃‍♂️Noosa Marathon week! I've been lucky enough to work with some amazing clients in the lead-up, helping them get to that start line feeling strong and prepared.

81 years young and still thriving 🙌

So many of my clients inspire me. I love seeing people embrace where they’re at, continually moving forward and soaking up life, no matter their age or stage. Helen still weight trains, enjoys the occasional Pilates session, and recently even walked the Camino trail.

Her positivity, resilience, and commitment to looking after her body is a lesson to us all to keep mobile and engaged in life. Movement and self care should not have an expiry date.

I’m lucky to work with people of all ages and fitness levels, from injury recovery and chronic pain, to performance, maintenance, and everything in between.
