Did you know your CPAP mask, humidifier, and hose should be cleaned at least once a week?
Regular cleaning helps prevent bacteria build-up, keeps your equipment running smoothly, and ensures you’re getting the best (and healthiest!) sleep possible.

How to clean:
Wash your mask, humidifier chamber, and hose with mild soapy water and leave them to air dry completely.
