Some reviews you don't edit.

"Very impressed with the way this creme absorbs into the skin and the fresh peppermint fragrance. I am currently in hospital and recommend this to everyone within hearing distance."

C Tuffy, we hope you're home by now, and we're sorry to everyone in that ward.

It's the 9% Intensive Balm, the daily one. ๐Ÿ‘‰Link in bio.

We ask so much from our feet without even thinking about it. ๐Ÿ‘ฃ

Walking. Working. Training. Travelling. Dancing. Living.

They carry us through the moments that matter, big and small. โค๏ธ

Whatโ€™s one thing you never want your feet to stop letting you do?

Funny how we can connect all the dots... except the obvious one. ๐Ÿ˜…

"Maybe it's the weather."

"Could be these shoes."

"The floor at work doesn't help."

We've all been there.

๐Ÿ’š The good news? A little foot care goes a long way, and it's never too late to get back into the habit.

It would genuinely be cheaper to make one product.

We make three, and the reason is simple๐Ÿ‘‡
30% urea is too much for thin, sensitive skin, and 9% won't get through a heel that's already cracked. A single product would always be wrong for somebody.

Most people who tell us a foot cream didn't work started on the wrong strength rather than the wrong brand. That's a much easier thing to fix.

If bending to reach your feet is difficult, or your skin has become more reactive than it used to be, the spray is the one to start with. You don't rub it in, it goes on and dries.

๐Ÿ‘‰Which one are you using at the moment? We're curious whether people land on the right one first time.

Tomorrow is Daffodil Day.

Glen wrote to us after radiotherapy.

"I first tried Restorate after my whole body was very badly affected by the Radiotherapy I was having. It worked within days of the first application. It was my 'go to' with any discomfort on my feet. It is expensive for a pensioner to purchase but it is worth every cent."

We've left that last line in deliberately. It is expensive when you're on a pension, and pretending otherwise would be insulting to anyone in that position.

Skin that's been through treatment behaves differently, thinner, more reactive, slower to settle. It's the part of it almost nobody prepares you for.

To everyone in treatment right now, and everyone sitting in a waiting room beside someone: we're thinking of you. ๐Ÿค
๐Ÿ‘‰If you're supporting someone through it, we'd love to hear their name in the comments.

There's one thing we'd ask you not to do at home, and it's the thing that feels most useful.

Filing or cutting away hard skin seems like progress. You can see the result immediately. But if you have diabetes, two things change the maths.

The first is sensation. Diabetes can reduce feeling in the feet, which means you can take more off than you intended without ever noticing.

The second is circulation. A small nick that would close over in a few days on anyone else can take considerably longer.

So the answer is to soften rather than remove. Check your feet once a day, tops, soles, and between the toes, which is the bit almost everyone skips. And anything new goes to your podiatrist or GP rather than the bathroom cabinet.

If someone in your family has diabetes, this is worth passing on. ๐Ÿ‘ฃ

Your socks know before you do. ๐Ÿ˜…

So do the sheets, if we're honest.

Mel almost didn't buy it. The price stopped her.

"I bought this for my husband as he had (note the 'had') very badly cracked heels. He wears steelcaps all day at work and none of the heel balms etc made a difference. So despite feeling a bit nervous about the price of this, I bought it and it was worth every cent."

Steelcaps every day. Years of it. Nothing off the shelf had made any difference.

That's the part most people get wrong. It isn't that the last cream wasn't good enough, it's that it was never strong enough to start with.

Who in your house needs this more than they'll admit? Tag them. ๐Ÿ‘‡

Today's biggest workout?

Convincing yourself your steps still counted. ๐Ÿ˜…

But we all start somewhere.

The important thing is simply finding little reasons to keep moving.๐Ÿ’š
