Hi beautiful Yoginis and Yogis past and present,
Yoga at Number 10 will be on-line for Term 3 and I’d love you to join in.
I propose to run 4 classes/week as follows:
Mon 6pm - Open
Tues 6pm - Back Care/Restorative Yoga
Thursday 6am - Open
Saturday 9am - Open
The cost is $200 for the 10 week term. All classes will be streamed via Zoom and by opting in, you will be able to access all the classes; potentially practicing yoga 4 times a week for $5/class.
I will go ahead with the proposed schedule above as long as I have a minimum of 4 participants/class opting in. Please let me know as soon as possible if you would like to opt in and the best email address to forward the zoom links to.
