Nothing can ever remain the same.
That is universal Law.
Looking back through your life with gratitude for every opportunity that was handed to you that helped you to grow.

All of the things that didn’t work out.
The struggles & challenges that helped you to change course.

The situations that showed you exactly how strong and resilient you truly are.

And now…..it’s time to let every past version of you up to this point in time GO !

Looking at exactly where you sit in life in this moment with an open heart, waiting for the clarity of what’s to come.

Make sure you’re allowing the space, even though it feels uncomfortable.
Avoid the urge to fill it immediately because your mind will be in overdrive telling you that you need to be more, to do more, to fix, to find a solution for all that is falling away, but that is the old way of doing.
All you need to do in this moment is just BE !
BE still.
BE silent.
BE love.

Know that you are stronger than you will every know and that everything you will ever need lies in side of you. You came here for this ❤️

Processing what clutter and excess baggage you need to get rid of.

The next 2 x weeks are not for making big life changing decisions.

Your head wants forward movement but your heart knows to sit & listen.

The pause, the void that you are currently in, is allowing for more downloads, more information to come through so that you can see more clearly what lies ahead for you and what decisions you will need to make to get you there.

This time…..this pause will feel emotional.
It will feel lonely, because it is !
This is a solo internalisation.
A deep conversation with your soul leading you closer to your truth and your purpose.

Sit with the uncomfortable and ask it what it is showing you that you are no longer meant to carry and let it all go.

Not everything will be able to come with you into this next part of your journey.

Soul needs you to travel light.

Change is occurring now at rapid speed.

You are no longer who you were five years ago, one year ago or even a month ago.

You might be finding yourself sitting in the “void”. The space between what was familiar and what is unknown.

Often this space is filled with grief.
Grief for the dreams that didn’t work out.
Grief for the decisions and choices that you made in the past that you now regret.
It can also hold a lot of fear of the unknown and what the future holds.

Part of you might be clinging tightly to the past because it is familiar, whilst your heart is yearning for change.
What that change or the “future” version of you will look like has not been shown to us just yet.
Spirit wants us to sit and reflect for now on how far we have come on this journey of life and to honour our past before our next steps are revealed.

Your past does not define your future but every encounter and experience you have had in this lifetime so far is preparing you for what is to come.

Allow slowness and reflection into your day. Sit with the grief and sadness that might be rising. This is part of the letting go.
And know with all of your heart, that the best is yet to come 🙏❤️

This is power energy for change if you utilise it.
There is so much abundance & positivity flowing in right now and if you haven’t been doing the clearing out to make space for it, then now is the time.

It's interesting how much of our identity we seek outside of us.
We constantly look to be validated from outside sources such as our job roles and our relationships.
How much of our who we are is attached to what we do or who we are with !

In various roles/responsibilities in our lives, we tend to show up differently.
We draw upon different parts of ourselves in order to be the best version of ourselves that we can be, usually in order to please someone else; whether that might be a boss, workmates, family, friends or partner.

The issue arises when we arn't actually showing up in our truth of who we really are !
When we shrink ourselves in order to be accepted or liked more.
Where we don't speak our truth or stand up for ourselves or for others.
Where we hide what we truly believe in.
Where we allow others to treat us poorly or speak to us in derogative ways for fear of not being accepted or loved.
Where we fear that we are too much or that we are unloveable.
Where we start to loose sight of who we truly are !
Where we stop questioning decisions that are " being made on our behalf"

The most important relationship that you will ever have in your entire life is the relationship that you will have with yourself !

Honour yourself, be honest with yourself, be faithful to yourself, protect yourself , keep yourself safe, allow yourself to be seen and heard and valued always.

No more people pleasing !

And most of all don't let anyone dim your light beautiful soul.
Everything that you could ever need or desire is inside of you !

This powerful energy is really opening up our hearts, so you might have found your self feeling more emotional and exhausted than normal in the last couple of days.

You are being asked to move your life in to a new direction.
One that is more aligned to your soul.

When stepping up into your next level of growth, the mind can sometimes start to write a negative story in order to keep us "safe" or create fear so that we stay the "same".

Thoughts like:-

"Who do you think you are?"
"Don't get too excited, this wont last."
"What if you lose it all?"
"You're not ready."
"What if you fail".
"What will people think of me"

Here's what is important to remember...
These thoughts don't appear because you're moving away from your purpose.
They often appear because your body knows that you're moving closer towards it.

Your subconscious is simply checking in...
"Are we really doing this?"

Growth stretches your comfort zone, and your nervous system naturally seeks what's familiar.
That discomfort isn't a sign to turn back—it's a sign you're leaving behind an old identity that can no longer contain the new life that you're creating.

The next time fear shows up, instead of asking, "What's wrong with me?" try asking...

"What part of me is growing beyond what's familiar?"

Don't let temporary fear convince you to abandon a future you've been dreaming about.

Your next level of growth isn't asking you to be fearless.
It's just asking you to trust yourself enough to keep taking the next step.
Its ok to take it slowly. To navigate just one step at a time so that your nervous system can catch up and feel safe.

Growth can feel uncomfortable, but it is in this discomfort that the greatest changes and transformation happen.

Our mind is such a powerful tool. It takes as much time, energy and effort to focus on a positive thought than it is to focus on a negative one. So lets focus on the positive.

Think about every version of you that you have outgrown.

At one point, that version of you felt normal.
Comfortable.
Safe.

Now imagine if you had stayed there forever.

Every identity shift asks you to grieve a familiar version of yourself.
It takes courage to step into the unknown.

That's why growth can sometimes feel bittersweet.
You're not just gaining a new life.
You're lovingly saying goodbye to an old version of yourself.
Sometimes that's why growth can also bring up a lot of grief, as you say goodbye to that version of you that you have outgrown.

Fear can also raise its head as your nervous system expands to fit the new version of you.

Growth can sometimes mean discomfort.
A calm nervous system means that you can trust in your decision making more as your body feels calm.

Kinesiology helps in this process because it calms the nervous system. It helps with clarity around decision making and can uncover where and how you might be sabotaging your growth or your success. It shows you that Fear is just your body giving your a message of what it needs in order to feel safe to take the next steps forward.

It loops in the belief that there is Never enough.

Not enough time, not enough energy, not enough opportunity, not enough love, not enough appreciation, not enough money.
Everyone else is ahead of me!
Maybe I've missed my chance !
If this doesn't work, nothing will!

Fear loves the story of Scarcity and
Scarcity narrows your vision.

Self-Belief and Trust create Abundance.
Abundance widens your vision and creates endless possibilities.

Abundance says:
There is always enough.
There is more than one opportunity.
There is more than one path.
There is more than enough room for me.
It is safe to take up space.

That doesn't mean you ignore reality.
It means you refuse to let fear become your identity.

Fear = stress, anxiety and panic.
Trust = calm, self-belief, self-confidence.
