We’re so excited to welcome Monique to the space for the very first time! 🤍 Monique will be guiding us through an introduction to Somatic Dance, a beautiful invitation to drop out of the head and into the body, to move freely, feel deeply, and reconnect with yourself through motion.

And to close the evening, the wonderful Berenice will lead us into stillness with an incredible breathwork session, the perfect way to integrate, soften, and land fully in the present moment. 🌙
