I loved watching Marama grow stronger and more confident, connecting with her mind and body. Our first session showed her nervousness, but she was eager to learn. Each session has been a joy. Marama has gained confidence in using her gym membership and now knows her technique and breathing. Her muscle/mind connection allows her to target muscles effectively. I’m so proud of you, Marama.

Nellie came seeking relief from shoulder pain after years at a desk. Through consistent practice—gentle opening work with Yin postures and targeted strengthening- she eased her pain, improved her posture, and grew more confident.
