Weight 64.7kg ➡️ 58.4kg
Body Fat % 17.0 ➡️ 12.9
Muscle Mass 30.8 ➡️ 30.1 (which is no easy feat to maintain when dropping that much weight)

We started off with the 2 week detox and the moved into fortnightly check-ins and these are the results so far.

Time to Rebuild 🔐✅

I usually do my own little challenges in private, but thought I might share this one.

3.5 months postpartum 👶🏻 and feeling ready to get back into it properly. I’ve got some pretty big goals this year with Hyrox, Hamo Hilly Half, Whitehaven half marathon and Marina half Mara. I’ll be posting food, some of my supplement stack, and training.

Looking forward to training and eating with intention again, building some muscle and getting my body into peak fitness 👌🏻🙌 . I’m feeling cardio fit but really need to work on the small things with Barre and Pilates and work on the big things with weight sessions.

Starting off with my own 2 week gut detox. Starting stats are attached. Next pics will be the weekend of hyrox, after my 37th birthday 😅

Everyone’s journey is so different and the juggle of 2 kids is real, but I think it’s so important to do some things for yourself. 🙌✨

🔥Testimonial🔥

Don't forget.. TEMPTATION will always be around. Your excuses for not sticking to your plan will continue to ruin your success.

I hear them all, over and over and they will continue to exist over and over. "too busy" "kids were naughty" "the food was just there" "I was tired" "I didn't plan" I didn't know". Make the mindset change. Find what works for you and your lifestyle.. longterm.

Time will pass anyways. Start making small steps to your best health. I’ll be popping up this story in my stories. Jess- probably one of my most stubborn clients 🤣 shows what happens when you have that mindset shift.
