Hellooooo dear hearts 🌹

I have spent the last week in full Sloth 🦥 mode — composting the intentions of the last eclipse New Moon into the landscape, and I am so grateful I listened to that inner compass.

It felt like the perfect way to close Winter… slowing right down as Spring begins to open her wings into what already feels like almost-summer warmth. Oooooof.

My intention for this last cycle was to really embody the magic of my Scotland pilgrimage two years ago 🌀 — the songs on ancient land, 5,000-year-old stone circles, women gathering, tending the land, remembering the wisdom in our bones… and singing to the bones of our ancestors and the bones of the Scottish landscape.

Then, at the beginning of my sloth week, the whales called. 🐳

Nine women, one beautiful skipper holding the whale wisdom, wild winter seas… and then we were IN them.

Whales circling beneath us, flashing their great white bellies, tail slaps, breaches, curious ones coming right up to the boat and covering us in whale snot 😂🐳 A mama and bubba. A pod of dolphins. Squeeeeeeee 🐬

Ohhhh my heart and bones.

The only frequency I can compare it to is standing amongst those ancient stone circles. 🌀

So as you compost this month and make space for the seeds of your Spring New Moon wishes, here is a little journey of stones + whales to sink your roots into. 🌹

On the autumn equinox , sunrise on the year of the dragon two groups of women met on the Isle of Lewis , before words there was silence , stillness as the sun rose through the mist , making the ancient stones rise like magical creatures that had been in slumber 🌹🌀🌹

Our Voices rose with the sun , the men holding the drum beat on the outer circle ⭕️

In deep presence of what the land wished for , from us - what each of our hearts needed from the land, stones and lochs 💦

I wish this for you today to find a relationship with your dark places 🔥 even build a throne there made of wild s**t !!!! Roses and your power animals …. Maybe a hot natural spring !!!!!!

May your voices be strong and true 🔥 your hearts wild and free and your intuition finds its way to where the portals of the earth call you and where the veils are thin 🌹🌹🌹

Today I went into the wild and sang prayers to the elementals 🌀

I can feel them sinking into the earth now as the almost full moon is rising - Venus shining .

And trusting that this devotion to myself and the earth will make this threshold of eclipse and full moon a little gentler 🌹

Today felt like a good day to light the va**na shaped candle ( they look so beautiful 🌸 I admire it on my altar until the perfect time comes to light it !!! ) - and today was the day 🌀eclipses are powerful and so are va**nas !!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

If you didn’t get a chance to plant some really intentional new moon prayers ….. it’s time create some before the moon blasts its light on your not so intentional thoughts that happened during that time !!!!!

W**d out the old and magic the f**k out of the next 12 hours 🔥♥️🔥

SPIRIT • REMEMBERING 🌀
At the centre of this Eclipse threshold, I gather myself back home.
I honour what is ending.
I welcome what is becoming.
I step forward as the woman the Earth is asking me to be. 🌹

• EARTH • BODY 🌿
I return to my body.
I return to the Earth.
I remember the ancient rhythm beneath the programming — cyclical, instinctive, wild and wise.

• FIRE •TRANSFORMATION 🔥
I give the old patterns to the fire.
What has travelled through lifetimes does not have to travel through me any further.

• WATER • SURRENDER 💦
I surrender to the waters of change.
I soften my grip and trust the deeper current carrying me through this threshold.

• AIR • BREATH 🌬️
I breathe out the voices, beliefs and old stories that are no longer mine.
I make space for my own truth to be heard.

What I am feeling here as I reflect again on visiting the Isle of Skye and our relationship with her as we travelled and sang to her waters and mountain peaks - was that of receptivity - we started connecting to skye months before our journey there - our Skye who we where pilgrimaging with - this island is her namesake …. She had visited here twice before and had quite big experiences - reaching through lifetimes .

So we knew to make this a bit gentler for her …. We had to reach through many layers of body , mind and soul , land , and culture to awaken a more gentle response to this part of the journey - from afar we bathed the land in song , love , compassion and reclaiming …….

And oh Goddess didn’t she deliver !!!!!

I have been feeling over the last few days ….. what sweet medicine this is for fellow travellers - maybe a more gentle , honouring way of meeting the landscape before you actually step your feet upon her 🌀🌀🌀

The earth - the landscape always - always meets me with deeper reverence and moments of magic in return !!!!!

Then I reflected upon my own landscape and how that would have been such a beautiful thing to do - months or even years before coming to a major threshold …. Weather it be age / Menarche / mother hood / and the big journey now Sage essence - the menopausal realms .

There is also starry initiations aswell that often book end these thresholds - Saturn Return ( the ripples from 27-30ish ) and Chiron return (47-52ish )where I am sitting amongst the bogs of on my throne made of wild magic s**t !!!!!

Imagine just imagine if we know these thresholds are coming and we prepare - through food , strength , knowledge , stillness , nervous system nourishment …. Spending time with our elders 🌀🌀🌀

It would change our whole experience 🌹🌹🌹

Honouring this Eclipse portal through the medicine of sound, landscape and gathering… part 3 sounds of the fairy Pools and the Fairy Glen 🌀🌹

Through the great peaked mountains of the scottish Highlands, ancient giants sleeping beneath the sky, past castles rich with history and herstory, until song erupted as we crossed the bridge onto…

An t-Eilean Sgitheanach — the Isle of Skye. 💦

On Skye we followed the rocky veins of the land towards the Fairy Pools, beneath the Cuillin Mountains.

💦There, beside crystal waters
🌀we met a woman carrying a medicine drum.

And somehow ceremony simply began.

Women from different lands…

Drums beating.
Women howling.
Voices singing to the waters, winds, fire and Mama Earth.
Rocks clapping.
Bare skin.
Freezing water.
Laughter.
Surrender.

No plan.

Just that ancient remembering of when it is time to gather.

🌀Skye became the heart and the voice.

💦The waters.
🌸The softening.
🔥The sacred sharing.
🌹The song that comes after initiation.

And this feels like such a beautiful reflection of Eclipse season…

🔥There are times when we are asked to descend.
🔥To release an old skin.
🔥To stand at a threshold without knowing what comes next.

And then there are times when the waters begin to move again… when the heart softens… when the voice returns.

This is why gathering with women feels so important to me.

We do not need to fix or direct one another.

Sometimes we simply sit beside each other at the threshold.
We drum.
We sing.
We witness.
We remind each other that every initiation has a season. 🌹

Perhaps this is one of the gifts of this Eclipse portal…

To listen for the season you are in.

🌀To know when it is time to release.
⭕️When it is time to be held.
🔥When it is time to gather.

And when the waters begin moving again…

to lift your voice and sing. 🌀💦🌹

What a sunrise to seal in the magic of the last 3 days immersing in the feminine mysteries with Jane Hardwick Collings and my Shamanic Womancraft mermaids 🧜‍♀️

From golden roselicious rays at sunrise to sitting on Darkinjung country amongst the Eucalyptus trees , indigenous Birthing pools and Caves🌀and Placenta trees .

Ooof alllll of this soaking into my marrow as I begin my journey homewards to share this new frequency ( or ancient wisdom ) with my community through all the ways 🔥🔥🔥

Hello dear ones 🌹
New Moon blessings on this powerful eclipse day 🌀🌀

On the Lion’s Gate portal I sat with a couple of dear sisters, remembering our travels and pilgrimages to ancestral lands — replaying videos taken whilst in ceremony in the wilds of Scotland. 🔥

They were deeply activating for me.

So through this two-week eclipse portal, between New Moon and Full Moon, I’m going to share some of the songs woven by Ness, Liana and I on those lands…

Songs to accompany you as you make space for your own work.
To meet the shadow places.
To anchor your roots into the trees, mountains and waters of the land you live upon.
And to reach towards the lands and medicine of your healed, wise, Wylde ancestors. 🌀

For this New Moon, I’m sharing my Maiden of Earth altar prayer, alongside a few glimpses from the beginning of my own ancestral pilgrimage in Girvan, Scotland.

My cousins and I gathered stones, flowers and magical s**t from the ocean shore 😂🌊 and created a headstone beside the graveyard where our dear Granny’s bones rest — on ancestral lands stretching back centuries.

So many bones. So much remembering. 🌀

MAIDEN OF EARTH

Bones, Belonging, Becoming

Maiden of the Earth,
She-Who-Remembers-the-First-Song,
I welcome your innocence, curiosity and wonder.

I root myself into the She-Oak grove,
hugged by creek-water and ancient stones.

I feel the songs held in butterfly wings,
dew upon leaves,
and trees dancing like joyful women
with their arms raised to the sky.

I honour the bones within my own body —
my inner mountains, my inner plates —
the Earth within me.

Ground me in tribe, stamina and nourishment.
