🏅ATHLETE OF THE MONTH – CATARINA!🏅 |

This month we're proud to recognise Cat for her outstanding achievements across a wide range of sports and athletic disciplines.

Cat has demonstrated incredible dedication and hard work, achieving exceptional results in discus, shot put, long jump, and javelin. Her efforts have seen her break HZSA records in both long jump and discus, an achievement that reflects her commitment to continual improvement and excellence.

One of Cat's proudest sporting moments came at the 2026 Athletics State Championships, where she placed 3rd in the Under 11 Girls Discus with an impressive throw of 32.64 metres.

Her talents extend beyond athletics, with Catarina also representing the Hawkesbury in the Hill Zone Soccer Team and competing for the Hawkesbury Jets Under 12 Representative Basketball Team.

As if that wasn't enough, her all-round sporting success and positive attitude earned her the honour of being named her school's Junior Sports Person of the Year in 2025!

Congratulations, Cat! Your dedication, determination, and achievements across multiple sports are truly inspiring. We can't wait to see what you accomplish next.
