👶 Thinking about NIPT?

While many people know Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT) for providing information about fetal s*x, it can also provide information about the chance of certain chromosomal conditions during Pregnancy.

NIPT is performed from a maternal blood sample and is available from 10 weeks gestation onwards. Understanding what the test can and cannot tell you can help you make informed decisions throughout your pregnancy journey. 💙

At Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology (DHM), NIPT collections are available across our NSW collection centre network following referral from your healthcare provider.

At Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology (DHM), we believe that when people come together behind a shared purpose, extraordinary things can happen.

Last week, colleagues from across the organisation participated in The Great Sarcoma Plank-a-thon, raising awareness and funds to support sarcoma research.

While these figures are impressive, what stood out most was the spirit behind them. The event reflected the generosity, teamwork and commitment of our people, who gave their time and energy to support an important cause.

Thank you to everyone who participated, donated, volunteered and cheered from the sidelines. Together, we demonstrated the positive impact of collective action and the values that unite us as an organisation.
