We’ve all been conditioned to think that if we aren’t hobbling down the stairs the day after leg day, we wasted our time. But exercise science begs to differ. 🧠👇

The reality of DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness):

It’s just novelty: Soreness is simply a sign that your body did an exercise it isn't used to, or experienced high eccentric (lowering) load.

It’s not a growth gauge: You can build incredible strength and muscle with zero soreness.

Too much is a trap: If you're constantly too wrecked to train properly later in the week, you're just sabotaging your recovery and consistency.

Stop chasing pain and start chasing progress. Track your success by the weight on the bar, your energy levels, and your ex*****on, not by how hard it is to sit down on the toilet.

Drop a 🫡 if you needed to hear this today!
