We have seen a considerable change in the way providers around us are supporting their clients. There is a lack of focus on the individual person and an increasing focus on profit. We aim to get back to providing support in a holistic way, giving families and carers peace of mind that their loved ones will be looked after in their “forever home”. We feel that a number of carer’s of people with a d

isability either are, or feel isolated in their role of caring for the person they love. We aim to help them to create meaningful long lasting relationships with other carer’s. That creates personal investment and that is our difference. Our Mission is to provide exceptional holistic care, empowering people with disabilities to make informed choices and to promote independence and community networks to enrich their lives. We make our families a key part of our business and engage at all levels around the property, staffing and house direction. We strive to provide a high standard of personalised care, ensuring equality, respect, integrity and a value driven service for our clients.

🍪💙 Nothing beats a fun afternoon making bickies together!

Today everyone got stuck into decorating their own biscuits, sharing plenty of laughs, getting creative, and enjoying some yummy treats along the way. It was wonderful to see so many smiles and everyone having a great time together. 😊✨

A simple activity that brought lots of joy! 💙🍪

🌼 Gardening Day at Adina Community Services 🌼

Our Day Program participants enjoyed a hands-on gardening activity today, planting colourful flowers into pots and learning how to care for them. 🌱

Everyone worked together, got involved in the planting process, and proudly showed off their finished pots. It was a great way to build life skills, encourage teamwork, and enjoy some time outdoors.

🚛 Mondays at the sales yards have become a real highlight for Terry! 😄

Today, Terry was spoiled with a brand new hat 🧢 and even got the chance to hop up into the truck for some photos 📸🚚 — safe to say he absolutely loved it!

The next big goal is to get Terry out for a ride in a big semi trailer 🚛💨

A huge cheers to Froggy 🐸 for taking the time each week to guide Terry around the sales yards and helping create such meaningful experiences for him 👏💙

Girls day out 💃☀️👒

The girls went out to the seniors & disability race day at Quirindi the other day & had an absolute ball 🎉🐎
Lots of laughs, good vibes & soaking up the sun on such a beautiful day 🌞💛

There was plenty of cheering, chatting & just enjoying being out and about together 🥰🍹
Moments like these are what it’s all about — creating memories, sharing smiles & having a good time 💫

🌮🔥 Someone say Taco Tuesday?! 🔥🌮

Today the guys got creative in the kitchen, putting together an epic Mexican-inspired feast 🇲🇽✨ From prep to plate, everyone got hands-on — chopping, mixing, building, and bringing the vibes 🙌

It was awesome to see the teamwork and effort that went into it, with everyone contributing and having a great time along the way 😄👨‍🍳

Safe to say it was a massive success… because there was absolutely nothing left over for the staff 😂👏

Full bellies, big smiles, and a whole lot of fun — that’s what it’s all about 💯🌮🔥

Today was a day filled with a mix of emotions 💛✨

Our group had a fantastic time getting creative and preparing Easter treats for the weekend ahead 🐣🍫🎨 It was so great to see everyone engaged, smiling, and having a ball together 😄🙌

We also said goodbye to one of our lovely clients, Megan 💐 As she moves on to the next stage of her journey, we wish her nothing but the very best 🌈💫 While it’s never easy to say goodbye, we are incredibly proud of her 💛 Megan, you’ll always be part of our community, and we hope to see you pop in for visits soon 🤗💕

Today we had an epic tie-dye session with some white shirts, and the crew absolutely smashed it! 🎨💥 Everyone got creative, tried wild colour combos, and had so much fun experimenting 😄. We let the shirts dry for 24 hours, and the results were straight-up awesome 🌈🔥 — so bright and full of personality! Everyone was super engaged and proud of what they made. A total win for the day, full of smiles and good vibes 😎

Today we started our Pen Pal Club ✉️

Everyone had a great time sharing a little bit about themselves — what they love to get up to, their hobbies, and what they enjoy doing in their free time.

It was awesome seeing the smiles and conversations while they wrote their letters and got creative.

They’re already excited and counting down the days until their replies arrive in the mail!
