Today our Practice Leader Tina Gunter sat down with Sky News and shared a powerful message: Lived experience isn't just a story; it’s a professional qualification.

Marking her 15th anniversary of her induction int the WA Women's Hall of Fame, Tina reflected on her journey from personal battles with addiction and mental health to leading a revolution in how community services are delivered.

For 5 years, Family Access Services has sponsored the Community Category to amplify these exact voices- the women on making a real difference.

At FAS, Tina has turned advocacy into action. With a workforce made up of 90% lived-experience professionals, she is proving that those who have walked the path are the best equipped to lead others through it.

In Tina’s words:
"I use my platform to ensure that women with lived experience aren't just seen- they are empowered. We are moving past the 'stigma' and into a space where our unique histories are recognised as expert perspectives."

What a night at the Northam Women in Business AGM 💫

We also take a moment to thank two incredible outgoing committee members:
