Retreat to Rejuvenate was a fabulous weekend.

The consensus was that it was a weekend full of much needed laughs, wonderful connections and prefect yoga - felt in the body.

There are reteats and then there are retreats. IYKYK 😉

Q. What does teaching mean to you?
To me, teaching is about gently guiding others back into their own essence. Creating space for people to feel at home within themselves will always be at the heart of what I do.

Q. Why do you like teaching at Shining Light Yoga?
I love the sense of warmth and authenticity. It feels like a place where people can arrive exactly as they are.
