Today’s post is a celebration of one of my longest client relationships — Mr S!

Mr S and I have worked together, on and off, for more than 15 years. I was there when S took his first steps, and shared plenty of ups and downs since, always finding a way through together.

It has been an absolute joy working alongside this super cheeky, duck-loving (and occasional ducknapping 👀 — inside joke!) legend.

Fifteen years later, we’re still working hard, still achieving goals, and most importantly… still having fun 🐥🐥🐥

Over the past 2 days, I have had the privilege learning from the absolute GURUS of running, Annie Chappell and Gavin Williams. The focus of our weekend has been retraining high level mobility and running for people with brain injury and cerebral palsy. I was also lucky enough to take one of my special clients along who had the chance to practice all our new exercise ideas.

Achieving goals with friends!! These two cutie pies just completed our 2 week DMI intensive program. Both completed our program last year and both were working towards crawling at the time. Nine months later, they have been reunited and are both working towards independent standing and stepping. And what's one of the best motivators for kids?? Other kids, doing the same exercises and playing the same games.
