There was a time I believed wealth was something you chased.

Now I know it is something you build.

Rich is waking slowly instead of rushing.
Rich is having the freedom to say yes to the moments that matter.
Rich is children who still want to spend time with you.
Rich is a home that feels peaceful.
Rich is health that allows you to show up fully for the people you love.
Rich is friendships built on purpose rather than convenience.
Rich is having work that feels like a calling instead of an obligation.

To me, this is the definition of a wholesome life.

One where our health is protected instead of constantly repaired.
Where our family is connected instead of simply sharing an address.
Where our days are filled with meaning, contribution and gratitude.
Where the little things are never overlooked because we know they are the big things.

Ironically, building a business around helping families reclaim their health has given us far more than an income.

It has given us time.
Choice.
Community.
Purpose.

It has given us the freedom to design a life we don't need to escape from.

That's my idea of rich.

Not because everything is perfect.
But because every day feels aligned with the life we're trying to create.

Because the richest life isn't always the loudest.

Sometimes it's simply the most wholesome. 🤍

There is something extraordinary about the women who decide to build something of their own.

Not because it's easy.
Not because they have endless time.
Not because the world expects them to.

They do it because they know life waits for no one.

They've discovered what it feels like to take ownership of their health, their wellbeing, their future... and they cannot help but want other families to experience that same sense of hope, empowerment and possibility.

These are the women who build businesses around the things that matter most.

Around school drop-offs and homeschooling.
Around babies in arms and family dinners.
Around appointments, sporting fields and late-night cuddles.
Around real life.

Because they refuse to believe that motherhood and purpose are mutually exclusive.

The most beautiful empires are rarely built from glass office towers.
They're built around kitchen tables.
Through quiet conversations.
Small acts of courage.
And thousands of moments where ordinary women choose to become extraordinary by simply refusing to give up.

The greatest gift is when you don't have to build alone.

💚 Mikaela our sister from another team, whose resilience, perseverance and unwavering spirit remind us that success is built one courageous step at a time.

One of the greatest gifts this business has given us has never been the travel itself.

It's that our children still choose to spend time with us.

Our boys have grown up at these events. They've gone from babies asleep in our arms, to kids running through convention halls with new friends, to young men who now look forward to coming each year. This year, Jett's girlfriend Amelia is joining us too, and my heart could burst watching this next chapter unfold.

People often ask us what success looks like.

For us, it isn't measured in ranks or recognition.

It's measured in conversations over breakfast, sharing airport coffees, laughing until our cheeks hurt, learning together, and watching our children choose community, personal growth and purpose over so many other distractions the world offers.

I don't take a single moment of it for granted.

We are deeply grateful that we said yes all those years ago.

Grateful that this business has become woven into our family's story.

That, to me, is the greatest reward of all.

While they debate it online, our 9-year-old is too busy living a life that has quietly taught him more wisdom, empathy and confidence than most grown men.

Each and every week our youngest spends time with children his own age, teenagers, young adults, parents, grandparents and retirees.

Most weeks-

He's ridden mountain bikes through the bush with a bunch of mates.
Volunteered packing ESCABags for families doing it tough.
Played guitar alone and with friends.
Gone fishing with friends.
Spent quality time with grandparents.
Spent time with our homeschool community.
Had deep conversations with adults who genuinely value his thoughts.
Laughed until his belly hurt.
Spent quality time with his brothers.
Helped where help was needed.
Attended numerous wellness events.
Asked questions.
Listened.
Belonged.

And that's before you count the thousand tiny moments that never make it onto a timetable.

The conversations in the car.
Family dinners.
The chats with the lady at the checkout.
Helping someone carry groceries.
Watching his older brothers build businesses.
Learning to navigate the real world instead of being separated from it.

Socialisation isn't simply being surrounded by children born in the same twelve-month period.

It's learning how to communicate with humanity.

Do we have the perfect system? Not even close.

But we've stopped feeling the need to constantly justify our family's choices to people who aren't living our life.

Because the more distracted we become trying to defend ourselves, the less present we are for the children standing right in front of us.

So here's my encouragement.

Stop measuring your family against someone else's definition of success.

Whether you homeschool or not, protect what matters most.

Build a life filled with meaningful moments, rich relationships, purpose, contribution and joy.

At the end of the day, our greatest measure of success won't be the opinions of strangers.

It will be the fullness in our children's hearts, the kindness in their character, and the happiness they carry into the world.

That's the ONLY bar we're striving to reach. ❤️

For well over a decade now, we've packed our bags each year and headed to doTERRA Convention.

What started with babies in our arms has somehow become young men walking beside us. Just as excited to be there together than ever.

This year, all three of our boys are coming again... and for the first time, Jett is bringing Amelia along too. ❤️

When I stop and think about that, it feels incredibly special.

These conventions have quietly become part of our family's story.

Our boys have grown up in these rooms.
They've crawled through convention halls, fallen asleep on our shoulders during keynote sessions, sat beside us soaking up conversations far beyond their years, spoken on stage, celebrated milestones with our team, and built friendships with people from every corner of Australia.

Now they're old enough to experience it through completely different eyes.

People often ask what convention is like.

Yes, there's incredible education.
Yes, we leave inspired with pages of notes and fresh ideas.

But the learning is only part of it.

The real magic has always been the culture.

Being surrounded by thousands of people who genuinely believe in living healthier lives, serving others, dreaming bigger, and leaving the world better than they found it.

It's the conversations in the hallways.
The hugs with friends you haven't seen all year.
The laughter over dinner.
The stories that change your perspective forever.
The quiet moments where you realise you're exactly where you're meant to be.

Every single convention has changed us in some way.

It has shaped our family, our business, our friendships, and the way we choose to live our lives.

I don't take that for granted.

And we have approx 30 of our team (over 40 if you include all of our kiddies) coming along to share this experience with us. We are so incredibly grateful and excited 💛

So here's to another year of learning.
Another year of growth.

Homeschooling is far less about what you know… and far more about what you’re willing to let go of. 🤍

Let go of the idea that learning has to look a certain way.

Let go of the belief that you need to know everything before they can learn anything.

Let go of the pressure to recreate a classroom at home.

Let go of timelines, comparison and the fear that they’ll somehow “fall behind.”

Because homeschooling isn’t about having all the answers.

It’s about creating enough space for your children to discover their own questions.

To follow the things that light them up.

To learn at their own pace.

To know themselves deeply.

To develop their gifts instead of constantly measuring their weaknesses.

And ultimately… to have the freedom to become more of who they were born to be, rather than who the world expects them to be.

After more than nine years of homeschooling our boys, I can tell you that some of the greatest learning has happened when I stopped trying to control the outcome and started trusting the process.

You don’t have to be a teacher.

You don’t have to know everything.

And you definitely don’t need to have it all figured out before you begin.

You simply need the courage to believe that there might be another way. 🤍

The start of a beautiful weekend away, watching Nedd play Rep Union for the Illawarra ❤️

These are the moments we’ll never take for granted.

We are so incredibly grateful to have had the privilege of building a business that has supported and sustained the wholesome life we always dreamed of creating.

A life where we can remain present.
Where our family can stay at the centre.
Where we can prioritise both the big milestones and all the seemingly little moments in between.

Because this is what it was always about for us.
