ALLIED HEALTH RECEPTIONIST POSITION - PART TIME / CASUAL 2026

This role is a permanent part-time position that reports directly to our Practice Manager, while also working closely with other key members of our team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:
• Provide a top-level customer service interaction for our clients
• Answer incoming calls and make bookings
• Schedule management
• Assist with social media and marketing processes
• Data entry, scanning and filing of documents
• Be competent to be able to learn how to use a range of pc
applications
• Liaise with Podiatrists and other colleagues
• Take payments and reconcile accounts
• Maintain a clean clinic environment for patients and staff
• Assist with stocktakes, ordering and product management
• Assist with the sterilisation of Podiatry instruments

WHAT WE DO:
We empower, educate, guide and care for our patients, allowing them to take charge of their lower limb and foot health. In everything we do, we aim to inspire confidence, action, and prevention. Our front of house, work with our Podiatrists, our Podiatry Assistant and Therapist to create an exceptional experience for our clients. Front of Staff (FOS) are a crucial part of our team and assist our practitioners with optimising patient outcomes by letting our Podiatrists focus on what they do best. We lead a fun-loving, dedicated team that is committed to excellence, always sees the upside to any situation, and maintains the strength and flexibility to change course as our business evolves.
