Crema & Cream Official Opening with Crema and Cream

Crema and Cream opened in Stafford in 2012, and after ten years in the area, they have moved to 25 Union Street, Nundah (at the bottom of Alondra Residences).

Owner Gracelyn's passion for baking is evident in the delicious cakes, slices and meals on offer. Her cooking has a European influence that reflects Gracelyn's Sicilian heritage - plus they offer gluten-free and dairy-free choices so no one misses out on treats!

Crema and Cream is open for breakfast, lunch and High Teas 7am to 2pm, Tuesday to Friday and 7am to 12pm on Saturday."

Bite into a little slice of Sicily with Italian High Teas as Crema & Cream re-opens in Nundah! You can find Crema & Cream on the ground level of Alondra Residences at 25 Union Street Nundah .

If you are missing the tastes of Sicily [and Italy in general] then you need to make your next catch up over Italian High Tea at Crema and Cream in Nundah.

Staying true to owner Gracelyn’s heritage from Sicily, the Italian High Teas mix bite sized sweet and savoury flavours that will have you singing “that’s amore”.

Savoury taste buds are satisfied with Frittata, Melon and Prosciutto, Bruschetta and Mini Brioche with Salami and Mediterranean roasted vegetables, and Arancini. Those who adore their Italian sweets will not be disappointed with Pannacotta, Tiramisu, Cannoli and Limoncello, Ricotta and Almond Torta.

Gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian options are also available as is the traditional English High Tea. Each High Tea is $36 and includes a barista coffee made with BlendCo beans from the Sunshine Coast or a pot of artisan loose leaf tea.

As Crema and Cream are BYO, you can bring your favourite bottle of Prosecco with you to fully immerse. For groups of up to 20, the High Teas are the ideal way to celebrate the most special occasions and milestones in our lives including baby showers, bridal showers, special birthdays, children's birthdays, Mother’s Day and family reunions. Saturday afternoons High Tea can be arranged by appointment.

Gracelyn has a strong track record with a loyal following from suburban successes with Italian family favourite Ragazzi in Grange and Crema and Cream in Stafford, so she knows what works well. She has lifelong customers for whom she has catered their Baby Shower, Christening, Childhood Birthday Cakes and Bridal Showers.

Gracelyn grew up around Nundah and speaks five languages: French, German, Japanese, English and of course Italian, and has taught languages at a few local high schools as well – so you know her Italian pronunciation will be perfecto!

Crema and Cream will also be making “Nonna approved” meals to take home. The list includes
