My girl has been making the trip from Warren for a while now, aswell as when I used to massage in Warren in her own little shop front that she offered to me, over that time we’ve become good friends, and I appreciate her sooooo much, all from me attacking her muscles monthly.

Looking forward to seeing her back on the table tomorrow and sorting out whatever she’s managed to do to herself this time! 🥲❤️

Behind every massage I provide is a lot more than just an hour on the table.

I started studying my Diploma of Remedial Massage at the end of 2019 and graduated in 2022.

In between was hundreds of hours of study, over 100 hours of virtual massage assessments, countless practical massages on family, friends and complete strangers while being observed, assessed and recorded, numerous trips to Sydney and Orange, late nights learning anatomy, physiology, pathology and treatment techniques, assignments, exams, case studies and practical assessments.

Now, in 2026, I’ve been massaging for several years and have had the privilege of helping hundreds of people with everything from headaches and neck pain to sciatica, shoulder injuries, tight hips and chronic tension.

The certificate is nice, but what I’m most proud of is turning years of study and hard work into a business that genuinely helps people feel better.

Every trigger point, every treatment plan and every technique I use is backed by formal training, experience and a passion for helping people move and live with less pain.
