We use a safe, gentle and conscious breathing technique, in conjunction with verbal exploration, counselling and more. With all of this combined you may find a faster way to observe, acknowledge, resolve and release life's challenges, without having to recreate the drama over and over.
As a qualified Breathwork Therapy practitioner of over 12 years, I work with clients on a One-on-One basis in a way that can’t be done by yourself or in a group experience. With focussed 2-3 hour sessions that are 100% about you, you can go beyond your current breathing process to find your breakthrough, or ‘Aha!’ moments. Once clearing them from your mind and body you can move forward and live your life to your fullest potential.
