🎓 CEO PERSPECTIVE | GOOD TRAINERS MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE.

Something I have always believed is that a training organisation is only as good as the people delivering its training.

After more than 20 years in this industry, I’ve seen firsthand the difference a genuinely good trainer can make.

And I’m not just talking about someone who holds the right qualifications.

I’m talking about trainers who:

✅ Know their industry and keep their skills current.

✅ Can actually demonstrate what they’re teaching.

✅ Have the patience to work with students of different abilities.

✅ Make training practical, engaging and relevant.

✅ Take pride in helping people develop real skills.

✅ Have the integrity to say when someone isn’t yet competent.

Because let’s face it, anyone can stand in front of a classroom and read from a PowerPoint. That doesn’t automatically make them a great trainer.

At All States Training, our trainers are the face of our business.

They’re the people our students learn from, our employers rely on and our reputation is built around.

And that matters to me.

I want trainers who genuinely care about the outcome, not just getting through the day or finishing a course.

But I also believe it’s our responsibility as an RTO to give our trainers the support, resources and guidance they need to do their job well.

Good training is a partnership between the RTO, the trainer and the student.

We won’t always get everything perfect, but we should always be willing to learn, improve and hold ourselves to a high standard.
