STRENGTH REFORMER AT RENEW
ever walked out of a “strength” pilates class feeling like it was just a regular class with longer reps? doing the same exercise for a whole minute to “feel the burn?”
In our strength classes at Renew, we incorporate traditional strength conditioning principles using the reformer apparatus, weights from 1kg—>12.5kg, as well as heavier spring tension to ensure that ALL clients are working close to failure.
Our strength classes run in a fashion that is complementary to your weekly pilates practice.
Classes begin 13/6 if you are keen!
